90-day refunds and exchanges
Amino One Peptides offers refunds or exchanges within 90 days of purchase. Submit your request through our contact form within that period, including your order number, the relevant items, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will coordinate the next steps with you.
Incorrect, damaged, or missing items
Tell us what you ordered, what arrived, and the issue you found. Keep the packaging, labels, and any relevant documentation while we review the order. Photos may help us resolve a shipping or packaging issue. Avoid sending sensitive information unrelated to your request.
Before sending anything back
Contact us for return instructions before shipping research materials. We will explain whether a physical return is needed, the appropriate address, packaging requirements, and any shipping arrangements. Do not use a payment provider’s address or an address shown on another company’s website.
Cancellations
Request cancellation before dispatch, quoting your order number. Once an order has shipped, use the refund or exchange process. An unpaid order may need its payment session cancelled as well; contact us if payment is in progress or its status is unclear.
Refund processing
Changing an order’s status does not automatically transfer money back to you. We arrange approved refunds through the original payment channel where supported and confirm the amount and processing details. If that channel cannot return funds, we will discuss an appropriate alternative with you. The time funds take to appear depends on the payment method and provider.
